AS Aston Seals recognizes its responsibility as a global citizen and is continually striving to reduce the environmental impact of the work he does and the products he creates.
Environmental considerations are an integral part of our business practices. That’s why from the earliest stages of product design through manufacturing to customer use and recycling, we take care to keep our activities and our products environmentally sound.
Four areas of particular attention are product and process design, responsibility, energy efficiency, and recycling. Each aspect of the design cycle provides significant challenges, yet our efforts in these areas have resulted in some impressive results.

Product and process design

Reducing the environmental impact of our products starts with the product design phase. Design dictates the quantity of raw materials as well as the type and recyclability of materials used. It also determines how much energy is consumed during manufacturing and product use.
Our designs also help to reduce energy consumption, minimize the use of environmentally harmful substances, and optimize the useful life of our products — all of which lead to a smaller environmental footprint. Lower energy consumption reduces electricity demand and alleviates the detrimental effects of power generation. Using recyclable materials cuts the amount of waste going into landfill. And restricting environmentally damaging substances makes products safer for consumers and businesses during their useful life and beyond.

AS Aston Seals helps to safeguard the environment by restricting the use of environmentally harmful compounds in our materials and manufacturing processes.
Building world-class products includes considering the environmental footprint of the materials that go into their creation. From the plastic and metal in our products through to the paper and ink in our packaging, our continued goal is to reduce or eliminate environmentally harmful substances.

Energy efficiency

Energy consumption during production process is one of the most significant contributors to greenhouse gas emissions in our products. Lower power consumption reduces energy bills and mitigates the environmental impact associated with greenhouse gas emissions from power generation plants. AS Aston Seals has made great strides in recent years to optimize the energy efficiency of his production process.

Recycling

AS Aston Seals uses highly recyclable materials for cardboard boxes, document papers, etc. The use of these high-value materials encourages recycling, which helps to minimize waste at the end of the product’s life and to reuse over the 95% of materials.
